Snow & Fun Apartments House Rules

1. These Rules set out the terms and conditions of holiday apartment rental. By making a booking, you accept these Rules. Doremo Sp. z o.o., as the operator of Snow & Fun Apartments, reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a booking.

2. The agreement concluded by and between Snow & Fun and the customer only covers accommodation rental. Transport, meals and leisure time activities shall be the responsibility of the customer. The rental price includes utilities (gas, electricity and water), as well as cleaning upon departure. The only additional fee charged by Snow & Fun shall be a visitor’s tax in the amount of PLN 2 per person per night.

3. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and check-out from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. For earlier or later check-in or check-out, please contact our staff.

If the agency representative is not informed by phone or e-mail that the guest will be arriving after 10 p.m., an additional late check-in fee of PLN 50 shall be charged.

4. Keys and apartment handover.

In order to pick up the keys to the apartment, you will need:
- your personal identity document,
- to make any applicable fees/additional fees for the apartment,
- to pay the applicable visitor’s tax,
- to pay a deposit of PLN 300,
- to sign the apartment handover form.

The customer should notify the agency representative by phone or e-mail of the expected arrival time at the apartment not later than by 12 noon on the day of arrival. If no such information is provided, the agency representative may not be able to arrive on time to hand the keys to the apartment over to the guest.

5. The refundable deposit to be paid for the duration of the guest’s stay at the apartment shall amount to PLN 300 and shall be reimbursed to the customer in cash upon departure following a check-up of the apartment and fittings to rule out any damage caused by the customer.

6. Should the customer lose the keys to the apartment, they shall promptly notify the agency representative of this fact. A fee of PLN 200 shall be charged for lost keys and remote control.

7. The customer is required to take out the trash and wash the dishes and kitchen appliances upon departure. Should the customer fail to fulfil the aforementioned obligation, PLN 100 shall be deducted from the deposit.

8. The guest shall notify the agency of their desired check-out time by phone, text message or an e-mail one day before departure. Having verified the condition of the apartment and fittings, the agency representative shall return the deposit to the customer, making any applicable deductions for any damage caused by the guests.

If you are planning to extend your stay beyond the date indicated in your booking, you should notify the agency representative by 9.00 a.m. on the original departure date. Any such extension requests shall be accommodated depending on room availability.

9. No smoking is permitted in the apartment - should the customer be found in breach of the non-smoking rule, they shall be charged with the costs of washing all fabrics and upholstery in the apartment, i.e. PLN 500.

10. It is prohibited to use the fireplace if the flue damper is not open. To open the flue, pull the damper lever (located above the fireplace glass door on the right side) towards you.

11. The guest shall be legally and otherwise liable for the use of the apartment during their stay therein, and in particular, they shall comply with the rules valid in the entire building.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the night quiet time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Guests are asked not to disturb other guests staying in the building. The apartment manager has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect in the case of any intoxicated or aggressive persons or any persons disturbing the peace and / or damaging the property of their neighbours and failing to respect generally applicable standards of co-existence. No such termination shall entitle the guest to be reimbursed for any previously paid fees.

12. Free stay for children. A child under the age of 2 and sleeping with their parents or in a separate bed without the need to provide an additional set of bed linen shall stay at the apartment free of charge.

13. We accept all pets. No extra charges.

14. Any property left by the guests in the apartment after check-out shall be sent at their expense to the indicated address, or at their expressed request, it shall be kept in storage until the guests’ next stay at the apartment. Any items left behind shall be sent after the amount due for postage is credited to the operator’s bank account.

15. In the event of the occurrence of unforeseeable circumstances, whose consequences cannot be promptly eliminated using ordinary measures, Snow & Fun reserves the right to suggest replacement accommodation, similar to the apartments originally booked. In the event of the occurrence of force majeure events, Snow & Fun shall have the right to cancel the agreement. This also applies to cases in which the personal safety of the customer or their property may not be guaranteed for reasons beyond Snow & Fun’s control. Any amounts paid by the customer shall be promptly returned following the deduction of any amounts due for previously provided services.

16. When making a booking on snowandfun.pl, the customer agrees to their personal data being entered into the database of snowandfun.pl and dotpay - the company responsible for the on-line payment process. Such personal data shall only be processed for the purpose of making the booking and facilitating any subsequent bookings, pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997. The customer shall have the right to view their personal data and edit it. Credit card and e-transfer transactions shall be made through Dotpay.pl

17. Any disputes arising between the owner and the customer shall be settled under Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the court of law appropriate for the seat of Doremo Sp. z o.o.
